Refund & Cancellation

Refund:

 "Shoppersday.in 10 Day Return Policy” Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your Order for a full refund of paid price. We mean what we say! All you need to do is give us a call on 0522-2363235 (weekdays working hours) or drop an email at grievance@shoppersday.in within a period of 10 days, from the date of order. However, you must understand that we can't bear a loss either; so return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition. o Please note that "Shoppersday.in's 10 Day Returns Policy" does not apply to Inner wear, Lingerie, Fragrances, Beauty products, Jewellery(sold by Shoppersday.in Partners only), Swimsuits, Socks,Furniture, CDs, Pens & Books. o Refund/ replacement for goods/ merchandise is subject to inspection and checking by Shoppersday team. o Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy. o Some special rules for promotional offers may override "Shoppersday.in's 10 Day Returns Policy." o Please note that the Cash on Delivery convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges. 

 

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation by Shoppersday.in

While, we try to ship out every order that has been successfully placed with Shoppersday.in, there are some situations in which we may have to cancel orders. Some of the situations that may result in your order being cancelled include (but not limited to):

  • Product no longer available with our merchant or temporarily out of stock
  • Limitations on quantities available for purchase
  • Restrictions on quantity or number or orders as per T&C
  • Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing or promotion information
  • Problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department
  • Inaccurate or insufficient address
  • Non-serviceable locations

At times we may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your payment has been done, the charged amount will be refunded to you as soon as we can.

Cancellations by the Customer

In case we receive a cancellation notice from you within 24-Hrs of placing the order and the order has not been processed by us, we will than cancel the order and refund the entire amount to you.
